The team from the BA (Honours) Marketing programme at the Faculty of Business, Hospitality & Communication organized an insightful event on 2 November 2023, which left a lasting impact on the students.<\/p>\n

The event, titled “BA (Honours) Marketing – Industrial Advisory Talk,” was attended by students from both the BA (Honours) Marketing and BA (Honours) Business Management programmes, along with the presence of Assistant Professor Wong Choon Fah Jackie, who serves as the Programme Coordinator for the BA (Hons) Marketing programme.<\/p>\n

The highlight of the event was a captivating talk delivered by the Industrial Advisor of the BA (Hons) Marketing programme, Ms. Stella Wong, the founder of Brand Soul Malaysia. Ms. Wong’s presentation was centred on the theme, “Future-proof your career growth: Mastering Branding in the age of AI.” She drew upon her extensive industry experience and shared valuable insights on how students could prepare themselves for the evolving job landscape, particularly in a world heavily influenced by artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n

Ms. Wong’s talk not only shed light on the latest trends in branding but also emphasized the importance of adaptability and staying relevant in the dynamic marketing industry. Her engaging and interactive presentation provided students with a practical roadmap for their post-graduation career journey.<\/p>\n

The event facilitated a direct interaction between industry leaders like Ms. Stella Wong and the students, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world industry needs.
