The Fashion Retail visit at \u201cMotoguo Open House: Dig into The Dwagon-Hole\u201d proved to be a resounding success for the Y2 & Y3 students of the BA (Hons) in Fashion Marketing programme and their accompanying lecturers, Sharifah Mazwari and Grace Soon. Hosted by Motoguo at their premises in The Strand Kota Damansara, the visit offered an invaluable opportunity for the students to delve into the intricate world of fashion retail and branding execution.<\/p>\n

Throughout the visit, participants had the chance to observe Motoguo’s retail strategies firsthand. From analyzing the store profile and location to dissecting the demographics and merchandise mix, students gained insights into the nuances of retail marketing and management. Moreover, exploring Motoguo’s layout and design, in-store promotions, and customer interactions provided a comprehensive understanding of the brand’s positioning and customer engagement tactics.<\/p>\n

What made the visit particularly enriching was the hands-on experience of witnessing a local fashion designer’s collaboration with an esteemed international brand. This exposure not only broadened the students’ perspectives but also inspired them to envision their own future endeavours within the fashion industry.<\/p>\n
