Students from various semesters of the BA (Hons) Interior Architecture & Design programme embarked on a captivating journey into the future of construction during a study trip to the IBS Component Gallery, CIDB Malaysia. Set against the backdrop of innovation, the trip unfolded as a dynamic exploration of cutting-edge building techniques and prefabricated structures.<\/p>\n

With an eager group of 30 participants, the trip which was held on 5 March 2024, promised a wealth of insight and inspiration. Amidst the impressive displays at the gallery, students delved into the intricacies of modern construction, gaining valuable firsthand knowledge of the evolving industry landscape.<\/p>\n

The highlight of the excursion was undoubtedly the opportunity to visit IBS Homes, where students were immersed in a real-world showcase of diverse IBS products and systems. The experience after witnessing different types of houses constructed using innovative techniques left a lasting impression on all attendees.<\/p>\n

As they returned from the trip, students were not only equipped with a deeper understanding of prefabricated construction but also a renewed enthusiasm for the endless possibilities within the field.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
