Competing alongside participants from universities, polytechnics, and other institutions, two First City University College teams earned Bronze Medals for their innovative technology solutions.<\/p><p>The award-winning projects included KeepItSafe, a secure offline desktop password manager designed to enhance cybersecurity through local encryption, and SmartGuard, an Internet of Things (IoT)-based home monitoring and security system that combines automated monitoring with real-time alerts. Both projects demonstrated strong technical knowledge, innovation, and real-world applicability.<\/p><p>Students shared that participating in DIGITEX 2026 strengthened their confidence, enhanced their project presentation skills, and provided valuable exposure to industry expectations and emerging technologies.
