Through open discussion and a \u201cMyth or Truth\u201d activity, students learned more about counselling while addressing common misconceptions in a relaxed setting.<\/p><p>Students also took part in a creative clay-making activity, creating items that represented personal sources of strength for their mental health toolbox.
