Deepavali e-Card Design Contest

We are proud to announce the winner of the 2021 First City UC Deepavali e-Card Design Contest which was held to celebrate the festival which signifies hope, spreading happiness and celebrating life – qualities which are much needed in the time when the COVID-19 pandemic continues to challenge us.
Jaden Lee Wai Kin, a first-year student from the Bachelor of Computer Science (Intelligent Systems) (Hons) programme under the Faculty of Engineering and Computing emerged as the winner of the contest and walked away with RM200. His winning design which was judged based on creativity/ Innovativeness, colour combination and wording managed to capture the essence of the festival with the use of pleasant colour combinations and illustrations which represent Deepavali as the Festival of Lights. His simple, yet elegant winning design was shared on the First City UC Facebook page.
