MAXIMISING SALES POTENTIAL, ENHANCING SALES PERFORMANCE

First City University College recently hosted an intensive training titled “Solidifying the Sales Process and Nurturing Leads to Achieve Super Sales Performance” on 27 March and 4 April 2024. With a focus on empowering the student recruitment team, this training aimed to sharpen skills and strategies essential for thriving in the competitive sales landscape.

The training programme, delivered by seasoned sales expert Jane Teh, delved deep into the intricacies of the sales process, emphasizing tailored approaches for student recruitment. Participants immersed themselves in learning effective communication, persuasion, and relationship-building techniques.

Key highlights included understanding lead nurturing, invitation strategies, and prompt response mechanisms. Participants gained insights into reading prospects, managing objections, and employing closing techniques. The training also emphasized post-sales strategies for sustaining relationships and nurturing leads.

Two attendees, Francis Ooi Peng Aun and Leong Yit Han, shared their reflections. Ooi highlighted the importance of team organization and trust-building, while Han emphasized teamwork and problem-solving.

Overall, the training sessions left participants equipped with a comprehensive toolkit to enhance sales performance, ultimately contributing to First City University College’s student recruitment goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the student recruitment division.
