16 Jun 2021

In the months to come, Malaysians are anticipating the creation of a domestic travel bubble. This could allow the tourism, travel or services industries to experience a much needed recovery.

That said, students who aspire to work in the tourism, travel or services industries are encouraged to learn from the best at First City University College, an education institution with over 30 years of experience.

Offered by the Faculty of Business, Hospitality & Communication, the Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Management programme presents the perfect avenue for students intending to join the service and leisure industry. This extends to businesses such as hotels, resorts, food and beverage management, entertainment, and recreation as well as travel and tourism management.

The programme’s modules will equip students with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to work and excel in this industry. Throughout this programme, students will develop the ability to utilise digital information and numerical processes, along with developing vital soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

As part of their programme’s modules, Hospitality & Tourism Management students have hands-on training in the Mock Hotel Room.
