The Business Seminar Day was held on 6 September 2024 at the Centre for Postgraduate Studies, featuring a diverse group of students from various programmes. Five students from the BSc (Honours) Accounting and Finance programme, four from the BA (Honours) Marketing programme, and one from the BA (Honours) Business Management programme participated in this event.

The seminar provided an excellent platform for students to showcase their knowledge and skills, allowing them to demonstrate their understanding of their project topics and their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical challenges. This event also served as an assessment tool, offering evaluators—comprising professors and industry professionals—a formal way to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the projects presented.

Moreover, Business Seminar Day was an opportunity for students to enhance their communication skills. Participants practiced conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively by presenting data, explaining methodologies, and discussing conclusions in an engaging manner. Overall, the event significantly contributed to the students’ academic and professional development.
