Cybersecurity Workshop Strengthens Students’ Digital Security Skills

On 22 July 2026, the Faculty of Computer Science and Technology organised a Cybersecurity Workshop to strengthen students’ understanding of secure digital communication and modern cybersecurity practices. Led by industry expert Mohd Saufy Rohmad from the Malaysia Cryptography Technology and Management Centre (NACSA), the workshop combined theoretical knowledge with practical learning, giving students valuable insights into protecting digital information and safeguarding network communications.

The workshop reflects First City University College’s commitment to preparing future-ready graduates by equipping students with practical cybersecurity knowledge and industry-relevant skills to navigate an increasingly digital world.
