“FOREVA LOVED” CAMPAIGN BRINGS SDG12 AWARENESS TO LIFE THROUGH FASHION

The foyer turned into a space for sustainable reflection from 15th to 20th April 2025, as final year students from the BA (Honours) in Fashion Marketing programme hosted the “Foreva Loved” campaign, a meaningful initiative to promote SDG12: Responsible Consumption and Production.
Led by four final-year students, Nur Arinah binti Bakhtiar, Goh Chia Zhi, Lim Hui Enn and Jenice Ng En Yi, with support from four Year 2 students, the week-long campaign showcased sustainable fashion practices through creative exhibits, interactive discussions, and engaging displays at the Red Canvas. Visitors were invited to rethink their consumption habits, learn about eco-friendly alternatives, and explore how circular economy models can help reduce fashion waste.
Participants walked away with more than just knowledge, they left inspired. “This project has been very insightful,” said Nur Arinah. “We got to experience first-hand the many ways of being responsible fashion consumers.” Goh Chia Zhi, added, “I hope more people take initiative after seeing what sustainable fashion can look like.”
The campaign brought environmental awareness to the forefront and showcased the power of student collaboration and creativity in driving positive change.
