Handle Q&A Like A Pro Workshop Strengthens Students’ Communication Skills

The Centre for Language and Extension Service organised the “Handle Q&A Like A Pro” workshop on 2 and 5 March 2026 during English for Communication and Communication Presentation Skills classes.

Through interactive Q&A simulations, students practised responding to different types of questions, improving clarity, confidence, and composure.

Students found the session valuable. Ivan Tan from the Bachelor of Architecture and Interior Design shared, “I tend to panic whenever people ask me questions during presentation. But this activity has taught me how to stay calm and handle the questions.” Chew Kah Suan from the Bachelor of Graphic Design added, “I realised answering questions is not just about speed, but understanding and structuring responses.”

The workshop strengthened students’ communication skills, supporting the development of confident and industry-ready graduates.
