UNBOXING VIDEO SESSION – A HANDS-ON MEDIA EXPERIENCE

On 18th March 2025, students from the Faculty of Business and Communication took part in an exciting Unboxing Video Session, featuring newly acquired studio equipment set to enhance the faculty’s media and photography facilities.
The session was designed to introduce the equipment and to give students hands-on exposure to content creation and video production. Working both behind and in front of the camera, they recorded the unboxing process, set up the gear, and shared their first impressions—mimicking the style of professional tech review content seen on digital platforms.
“Celebrating International Women’s Day with our students and SSD was a meaningful experience. The discussions were eye-opening, and the students’ performances were incredibly powerful,” noted Raufa Majid from Diploma in Mass Communication.
The activity encouraged creativity, teamwork, and digital storytelling skills while sparking excitement for the growing resources available within the faculty—setting the tone for more dynamic studio projects ahead.
