On 17 July 2024, First City University College and UTOSS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. commemorated the signing of a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). at the Chancellery. This collaboration is designed to foster cultural exchange and broaden educational horizons through a specially crafted enrichment programme for Year 12 students from high schools in the Republic of Korea, recruited by UTOSS. The signing ceremony saw both representatives from UTOSS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and staff from First City University College.

The primary objective of this MOU is to equip students with the necessary skills to succeed in the hospitality sector. The enrichment programme will focus on enhancing students’ English language proficiency, empowering them to communicate effectively in the workplace.
