Our heartiest congratulations to Loh Kei Yee from our BA (Hons) in Interior Architecture & Design programme who won the Honorary Mention Award (Interior Design) of the prestigious AYDA AWARDS 2022. The awards presentation ceremony was held on 15 Dec 2022 at the Avante Hotel in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya.

AYDA Awards (previously known as Asia Young Designers Awards) is instituted by Nippon Paint to nurture the next generation of Architectural and Interior Design talents. It is one of Asia’s premier designs awards, having received more than 41,000 entries from over 1,200 tertiary education institutions and across 17 different geographical locations globally since its inception in 2008.

Kei Yee’s winning project titled, WHEEL STAY aims at encouraging and supporting cycling activities in the city for a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. The featured hostel is designed in an industrial style to accentuate the unexpected, adventurous, and sporting vibes of a cycling journey.
