2025年7月1日，修读时尚营销（荣誉）学士学位课程的学生前往吉隆坡国家纺织博物馆展开学习参访。本次活动在《纺织研究》课程框架下进行，旨在通过展厅导览、实践工作坊及近距离接触文化文物，让学生沉浸式体验马来西亚多元丰富的纺织文化遗产。 从 teluk berantai 图案到色彩鲜明的蜡染与宋吉锦收藏，学生参观了多个展厅，深入了解传统纺织制作所蕴含的技术工艺与文化意义。其中，Pohon Budi 展厅与 Pelangi 展厅尤为亮眼，展出了来自马来西亚各族群的多种材质，包括天鹅绒、丝绸、凤梨纤维及金线刺绣等。 学生也进一步认识到纺织品与珠宝及个人装饰之间的关系，尤其是在 Ratna Sari 展厅中获得了相关启发。除了视觉上的震撼，这次参访也引发了学生的反思与新的欣赏角度。Tan Zhi Qin 分享道：“能够近距离看到每一块布料背后所蕴含的技艺与历史，真的令人惊叹。” 此次学习之旅不仅仅是一趟博物馆参观，更是一种对工艺精神的致敬，加深了学生的学术理解，并启发他们以创意方式为新一代时尚行销重新诠释传统文化。
