Experiential Learning at Chocolate Museum Malaysia

On 19 December 2025, the Faculty of Business and Communication conducted an educational visit to Chocolate Museum Malaysia. During the visit, participants were introduced to the history of chocolate, cocoa processing, branding strategies, and product marketing within the chocolate industry. The guided tour allowed participants to observe how storytelling, packaging, and consumer experience play a vital role in brand positioning and business communication.
“It was interesting to learn how storytelling and branding are applied even in food industries like chocolate, and the visit gave us a different perspective on how communication strategies influence consumer experience,” said Raufa Majid and Adriall Avinesh.
The visit was both educational and enjoyable, reinforcing the importance of experiential learning in enhancing students’ understanding of business, communication, and marketing concepts.
