FIRST CITY UNIVERSITY COLLEGE’S SPOOKTACULAR SPECTACLE: A NIGHT TO REMEMBER

First City University College’s Spooktacular Halloween Night, organized by the Student Services Department and Student Council, brought the spirit of Halloween to life on the evening of 31 October 2023. Enthusiastic participants, comprising a delightful blend of students and staff, transformed the SSD Student Lounge into a haven of spooktacular festivities.

The event kicked off with an exhilarating game of “Horror Charades,” where participants showcased their acting prowess by enacting eerie phrases, creatures, and iconic horror movie titles. Laughter and suspense filled the air as everyone got into the spooky spirit.

Next, “Horror Musical Chairs” took centre stage, adding a thrilling twist to the traditional game. The haunting music and suspenseful ambience created an electrifying atmosphere, keeping everyone on the edge of their seats.

The highlight of the evening was the “Horror Fashion Show,” where students paraded their most imaginative and chilling costumes. Each outfit narrated a unique Halloween tale, adding a dash of creativity to the night.

The finale came in the form of the “Werewolf Game.” Participants assumed secret identities as either werewolves or villagers, engaging in a strategic battle of deception and deduction, creating a thrilling and suspenseful experience for all.

To sweeten the night, snacks and candies were shared with all participants, and winners of the games walked away with goodie bags filled with First City University College merchandise and delicious treats.

It was evident that the Halloween Night at First City University College was a huge success, uniting students, staff, and the wider community in a celebration of the spooky season and the joy of imaginative and creative dress-up. It was a night of fun, laughter, and spine-tingling excitement that will be remembered for a long time.
