The day commenced with a warm welcome from Mr. Weladavi Rahula, Head of Student Services, followed by an opening speech delivered by Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. Saw Sor Heoh.

Discussions centred on essential job skills crucial for success in today’s technology-driven landscape.
Throughout the day, participants had the opportunity to explore career booths, showcasing opportunities offered by participating companies, as well as student projects demonstrating real-world applicability. Additionally, the industry talks on AI disruption by Ms Ravenna Chen, CEO of TusStar Malaysia provided invaluable knowledge to aspiring professionals.
Vanness Tey, a final year student in BA (Honours) Business Management, aspires to pursue a career in HR but remains undecided about which sector to focus on. He hopes that the event will provide him with clarity and guidance in making the right career choice.
For Kwan Yee Hwa from Malaysia-China Kuantan Industrial Logistics Park (MCKILP), the event serves as a valuable platform to enhance the company’s brand visibility besides the recruitment opportunities, both for fresh graduates and interns.
