Study Trip to Dialogue in the Dark Malaysia

The study trip to Dialogue in the Dark Malaysia on 11 February 2026 gave students an immersive learning experience of navigating spaces without sight.
Students explored how touch, sound, texture, and spatial sequencing shape user experience. An engaging session with the founder and CEO of Dialogue in the Dark, Malaysia chapter – Mr. Stevens Chan further inspired students, offering real-life perspectives on accessibility and the designer’s responsibility in creating dignified, human-centred environments.
This experience supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals by fostering understanding, empathy, and social inclusion for people with disabilities and other marginalized groups.
