万达大学学院于2026年1月迎来新一批学生，并为他们举办了温馨的迎新活动。活动当天包括报到注册、交流互动以及新生集会，让学生正式融入大学大家庭，并由校方领导致以欢迎。 副校长 Professor Dr Saw Sor Heoh 祝贺学生们加入大学，并鼓励他们专注于自己的目标，采取必要的行动，并积累知识来解决问题。 新生随后参与由多个重要部门所进行的讲解环节，包括教务处、PTPTN、通识教育中心、学生事务处、图书馆及资讯科技中心，并与各课程协调员会面，获取课程相关指导。 下午时段则由学生理事会与青年俱乐部安排互动活动，让新生与学长学姐交流，协助他们更快适应大学生活。
