Art and Design Students Recognised at reNIKOLA Sustainable Art Competition 2025

Young artists from the Foundation in Art and Design programme brought their creative visions of greener future to life at the reNIKOLA Sustainable Art Competition 2025, held on 25 September 2025. The competition encouraged participants to explore themes of renewable energy and environmental responsibility through art while inspiring fresh perspectives on sustainability.

We are proud to share Hannah Astrid Mathews, See Toh Yee Xuan, and Low Cheok Weng received the Consolation Prize for their outstanding artworks and thoughtful concepts. Reflecting on her experience, Hannah Astrid Mathews commented “Participating in the reNIKOLA Sustainable Art Competition encourages me to think more deeply about how art can influence change.”

This achievement highlights the students’ creativity, awareness, and passion for meaningful expression. It also shows how our students use art and design to engage with real-world challenges and make a positive impact.
