FIELD VISIT TO KUALA LUMPUR FOR SITE STUDY

The field visit to Kuala Lumpur provided BA (Hons) in Interior Architecture and Design students with practical exposure to spatial analysis and architectural details. By conducting site measurements, inventory, and structural inspections, students gained a deeper understanding of integrating local culture and heritage into their designs.

“This trip helped me understand the importance of considering local culture and heritage in our proposals,” shared Chan Pei Ni. Nicholas Chee Zheng Jack added, “It reinforced the need for thorough site analysis before developing interior design solutions.”
