The Annual General Meeting of the Hospitality & Tourism (HOT) Club took place on 31st January 2024, with Asst Prof Nur Khairunnisa Murnisham and Teh Wee Leon leading the session. The AGM started off with a recap on the club’s 2023 activities and highlights, expressing gratitude to all HOT Club members for their contributions throughout the eventful year.

Certificates of Appreciation were presented to the 2023 committee, including President Yap Zhe Gene, Vice-President Tan Chang Yong, Secretary Grace Gwee Shi Jie, and Treasurer Lee Jia Qian. The club also took a moment to express gratitude to members actively involved in organising events, fostering a culture of recognition within the group.

The AGM proceeded with the election and nomination of new committee members for the upcoming year, with Lee Jia Qian as the President, Adrian Nathan Thomas as Vice-President, Koi Pui Xin as Secretary, and Grace Gwee Shi Jie continuing as Treasurer. The meeting concluded with a collaborative discussion and planning session focusing on the activities slated for the year 2024.
