ENHANCING JOB SUCCESS WITH 21ST CENTURY SKILLS

On 3 July 2024, 27 students from various programmes under the Faculty of Business, Hospitality and Communication participated in the “21st Century Skills for Job Success” event. The event focused on equipping students with the essential skills needed to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving job market.

Through a series of workshops, activities, and interactive sessions, students had the opportunity to develop and enhance skills such as critical thinking, communication, and adaptability. Networking and collaboration were key components of the event, providing students with the opportunity to connect with employers, educators, and industry professionals. These interactions fostered collaboration and the exchange of ideas, enriching the learning experience for all involved.

Participants also learned how developing 21st-century skills can enhance their career prospects, increase employability, and help them adapt to future job market trends.
