2025年11月14日，万达大学学院电脑科学与工艺学院院长 Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Chng Chern Wei 受邀前往八打灵再也的 SMK Sri Aman，为中五学生在 SPM 考试前主讲一场激励讲座。讲座内容聚焦于提升专注力、自信心及目标设定的实用策略，协助学生规划每周学习时间表，并优先处理对考试表现最具影响力的学习任务。 通过分享有效的学习方法及鼓励学生进行长远目标规划，讲座强调了纪律、自我反思与自我觉察的重要性。这些能力不仅有助于中学阶段的学业表现，同样也是迈向高等教育成功的关键要素。万达大学学院通过此类交流活动，进一步强化中学教育与大学衔接之间的联系，协助学生顺利过渡至高等学府，并培养持续追求学术成就的正确心态。 讲座最后以反思活动作结，激励学生坚持不懈、相信自身潜能。对万达大学学院的学生而言，见证此类社区外展活动，也体现了导师引导、社会参与及领导力的重要价值，并强化他们在学业发展及未来职业道路上可实践的核心理念。
